Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our site. If you are not,
we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with
the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for your order(s)
within 30 days of delivery. Furthermore, we will except exchanges of items that are
unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by
the original invoice for your order(s) within 45 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges
will not be accepted if shipped after the time period permitted.
Items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged, provided the following
requirements are met: 
 All original packaging, including all tags or boxes must be included with the
return.
 All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. 
Company may request photo submission of the items requested for return to
validate their condition prior to accepting the return.
 Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags,
dust bags, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
 For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on undergarment and swimwear on
your underwear. We will only accept returns and exchanges with tags on and in
the original packaging, with the plastic liners attached.
The following exceptions apply to the aforementioned return policy:
 Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds (including store credit),
exchanges, or replacements and cannot be transferred to another order.
 Customized, altered, monogrammed, personalized and limited-edition items are
considered final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.
 Returns must be in like-new condition and can be subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
 All items customized with a logo or private label are final sale and may not be
returned or replaced.
 Final Offer items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 We reserve the right to waive return rights for customers who exhibit abuse of our
policies.
 We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify
an unreasonable return pattern.
 We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be
purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone Company believes to be a
reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be
granted.

Returns that do not meet the requirements listed above will not be accepted and will
be sent back to you with an explanation. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. A $9.95
return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each mailed return. If you
are returning multiple items at different times, a $9.95 return shipping fee may be
deducted for each return request.
REFUND PROCESS
How to start a return?
To initiate a return, please take the following steps:
 Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return.
o Specify which item(s) you are returning.
o Specify reason for return.
 Once your return request is submitted and accepted, you will receive a
confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label to use when dropping off your
return.
 Send all items that you are returning back using the label provided.
If we do not receive the return, or if the return was sent using your own shipping label,
we are unable to process a refund or exchange unless you are able to provide proof of
shipment and receipt through the label's tracking numbers. In cases where we have not
received a returned order, if tracking information does not show the item as sent, we will
ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a
refund or exchange.
Company is not liable or responsible for any items, which are not sold by Company that
are accidentally sent to Company through the return process.
Overview of our refund process:
Store Credit: If you choose to receive store credit, we will process your refund as soon
as the carrier receives your return and the items are inspected by the Company. This
typically takes up to 10 business days after Company receives the return.
Original Form of Payment: If you desire a refund to your original payment method, it will
be processed once your return is received, inspected and restocked. This can take an
additional 30 days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is finalized. Please
note, once you receive the refund notification, it may take a few days to appear on your
credit card statement.
